David began in FMCG with brand strategy work in the ice-cream and cold drinks sectors. He then moved into technology and gained experience across areas as diverse as mobile phones, homeware/tech, telecom networks, comms (Skype), gaming and online casinos. All this plus his work in retail for Shell petrol stations means he has a real grasp of what research needs to do to inspire client-side action.
With eight years’ experience, Hayley is undoubtedly one of Kokoro’s shining stars at handling complex projects that require both strategic vision and great attention to detail. She has overseen projects for brands such as M&S, Lloyds Pharmacy and Vue, and demonstrated her passion for uniting qual and quant into actionable outputs.

Anna is passionate about helping brands create memorable, feel-good customer experiences and has led much of the development of FeelFactor and our CX proposition. She’s well versed in establishing, embedding and running complex, multi-country, omnichannel CX and VOC programmes that deliver a clear commercial return. Anna is particularly skilled at joining up many different source of CX feedback and synthesising these into compelling stories to drive action.
