We are looking for a data processor to join our small, tight- knit team of experts who are responsible for

  • setting up and managing our online surveys using industry leading software, Decipher, and our own proprietary system
  • Extracting, processing and transforming data collected through market research into a variety of outputs, from Excel tables to dynamic reporting dashboards

You’ll get involved in the full lifecycle of our quant projects, learn new skills and technology, and have a chance to work independently as well as with the team. You’ll be coming to us at an exciting time for the team, when we’re looking to rebuild and expand our capabilities, and you’ll have the chance to directly input into this future vision. We want you to add to and challenge our thinking!

We are looking for:

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel – be able to process large amounts of data confidently using a variety of functions and formulas (including logical, text, reference and nested formulas)
  • Keen aptitude to approach and solve problems in a rational, logical way
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively in order to manage work across multiple clients and projects to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a thorough, precise manner – display excellent attention to detail and a good eye for anomalies
  • A great team player – as you’ll often be sharing complex tasks – but also willing to get your head down and work independently where needed
  • Good communications skills – comfortable explaining technical problems to a less technical audience and keen to work with internal clients to produce the best possible outputs
